To secure your reservation, a credit card deposit or gift card number is required. We accept all major credit cards. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in. Please be aware that delayed arrival will result in a reduction of service time and the full service price will be charged. We do not extend service time for late arrivals. Please note that our menu services and prices are subject to change without notice. 

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable spa experience for all our guests, we kindly request that only those receiving services accompany you and that you keep your cell phone on silent mode or off throughout your visit. Please let our staff know in advance if you have any specific physical, medical needs or conditions that we need to take into account before your services (such as pregnancy, food or product sensitivities, or any medications you are taking). Please note that Serenity Day Spa cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.



Gift Cards  

All Gift Cards, including third party cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards must be presented before services rendered, otherwise, an alternate form of payment will be expected.  All Gift Cards, including third party cards are not to be used for Products, Specials, Discounts or Gratuity.  Serenity Day Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of any Gift Card.

Cancellations andRescheduling

Services that you select are reserved for you. We ask that you provide at least a 12 hour notice if you will need to change or cancel your appointment, failure to do so will result in a lost of deposit.


Please note that the gratuities are not included in the value of the services or gift cards, unless stated otherwise. However, it is always welcomed and appreciated to give a tip as a way of thanking your therapist for their hard work and time. Even if you have received a discounted service, it is customary to tip according to the regular price.  If you are unsure what is a normal tip, don’t hesitate to ask the front desk receptionist for guidance.
