Atmosphere:

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that all guests use a soft voice and silence their phones upon arrival.

Arrival Time:
Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. This allows time to unwind and complete any necessary paperwork without feeling rushed. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.

Client Preferences & Health Information:
Please inform your service provider of any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or specific preferences prior to your service so we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Gift Card Policy:
All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, retail merchandise, or gratuity and may not be applied toward promotional or discounted services. Promotional or discounted gift cards cannot be combined with other offers, are limited to one use per day, and expire 90 days from date of purchase.

Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be credited to your account if you reschedule or cancel within the required cancellation timeframe.
