Appointment Deposits
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of our cancellation policy, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no show appointments, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in and relax.
Guests arriving late may receive a shortened service to avoid delaying the next scheduled appointment. Full service pricing will still apply.
No Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.
Children
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a scheduled service.Â
Health Information
Please notify us prior to your appointment if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or are taking medications that may affect your service. This allows us to customize your treatment safely.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect gift for any occasion.
Gift cards are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available on completed treatments. If you have any concerns regarding your experience, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right whenever possible.
